By accessing the FleetGrid Africa website or platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

FleetGrid provides logistics technology and freight coordination services. Specific commercial terms, service levels and pricing are governed by the agreement signed with each customer or transport partner.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

You may not use the platform to transport prohibited goods, misrepresent cargo, interfere with platform operation, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

Transport partners operate as independent contractors and must maintain valid licences, insurance and compliance documentation. FleetGrid verifies documentation but does not assume the partner's statutory obligations.

Except where prohibited by law, FleetGrid's liability arising from the services is limited as set out in the applicable customer agreement. Cargo liability is governed by the terms of carriage and the transporter's insurance.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
