About us

We're building the digital backbone of African road freight

FleetGrid Africa is a technology company operating in logistics. We bring transparency, reliability and intelligence to the movement of goods across the continent.

Our story

Freight moves Africa. Information should move with it.

Across the continent, goods travel thousands of kilometres on roads where the people paying for the movement often have no idea where their cargo is. Cost is negotiated informally, capacity is found through personal networks, and proof of delivery arrives days later on paper. FleetGrid Africa was founded to close that gap — connecting shippers to vetted transporters through a platform that plans, tracks, documents and measures every movement.

Mission

To make road freight in Africa transparent, efficient and dependable through technology that any business can adopt.

Vision

A continent where any business, of any size, can move goods anywhere in Africa with full visibility and fair pricing.

Why FleetGrid exists

Because unreliable logistics is a tax on African growth — one paid in lost sales, idle factories and stranded inventory.

Core values

What we hold ourselves to

Innovation with purpose

We ship technology that solves a real operational problem, not features for their own sake.

Trust in every load

Shippers and transporters both depend on us. We protect that relationship in both directions.

Operational excellence

Freight is unforgiving. We measure ourselves on delivered outcomes, not intentions.

African by design

Built for African corridors, connectivity, currencies and compliance realities.

Africa expansion

From one corridor to a continental grid

Our roadmap follows Africa's trade corridors: East African Community first, then Southern Africa via the North–South corridor, and West Africa through the Abidjan–Lagos corridor. Each expansion brings the same standard — vetted capacity, live visibility and clean documentation.
